Bobby doesn’t use your personal info for anything except processing your order. That’s it. Honest and for true.
Refunds and Returns
Bobby does 30 days for refunds and returns. If it’s been 30 days since you bought your gear, he can’t do a full refund or exchange. Try eBay or re-gifting. Otherwise, Bobby might be able to do a partial refund (see below).
If it hasn’t been 30 days yet, your gear will have to be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
(You probably already guessed that Bobby can’t do refunds on downloads.)
You’ll need to show Bobby your receipt or proof of purchase.
Please don’t send your gear back to the manufacturer. They really don’t like that.
Bobby might be able to do a partial refund for gear that’s not in its original condition or original packaging, as well as gear that you returned more than 30 days after you got it.
Refunds
Once Bobby receives and inspects your return, he’ll email you about it. If everything’s cool, then Bobby will process your refund. You should have a credit automatically applied to your card (or original method of payment) in a bit. Banks sometimes drag their feet when it comes to giving money back. But let us know if it’s been several days and we can sick Bobby on them if we need to.
Exchanges
Bobby generally only replaces items if they’re defective or damaged. If you just need to exchange it for the same thing in say, a different size, send him an email and he’ll work something out for you.
Gifts
If somebody gave you your gear by buying it from Bobby and then had Bobby ship it directly to you, he’ll give you a gift credit for the value of your return. Once he receives the returned item, he’ll mail you a gift certificate.
If somebody bought the gear, had it shipped to them, and then gave it to you later, Bobby generally sends the refund to them (which means they’re gonna know about it). Again, you might wanna try eBay or re-gifting.
Returns
To return your gear, just email Bobby and he’ll get you the address.
Generally, you’re on the hook for your own shipping costs when returning gear.
